1. Privacy Policy
At any given time, the following information about any given user may be collected.

- Browser Information
- Time of File Upload
- File URL
The information collected by Kaffeinated Images is stored securely within a private database, accessible only by the owners of this site. We do not share any information collected, and we do not plan to do so in the future. If requested, this information can be shared with law enforcement agencies, regarding the uploading of illegal content.
2. Terms of Service
Kaffeinated Image hosting reserves the right to modify, or delete any images uploaded to their hosting service. Any lost images are not in the hands of Kaffeinated Image hosting, but of the uploader of the image.
The following types of images are prohibited by the Kaffeinated Image hosting service:
- Any images determined to be pedophiliac. This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations.
- Any other images determined illegal by any United States digital content usage
- Any files in which the uploader does not have legal rights to
- Any images that are found disrespectful by the administration team of Kaffeinated Images
Uploading any of the aforementioned content will result in an instant removal of service.
In addition, Kaffeinated Image hosting services will not hesitate to ban any domain excessively hotlinking to our images. Any bandwidth abuse on our servers will result in an instant ban.
3. Legal Policy
These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning. By using Kaffeinated Images, the user agrees not to involve Kaffeinated Images® in any type of legal action. Kaffeinated Images® directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are uploaded to Kaffeinated Images® to individual users.
All files are © to their respective owners. All other content © Kaffeinated Images®. Kaffeinated Images® is not responsible for the content any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
Except where diligently implied, absolutely NO part of Kaffeinated Images® may be reproduced or recreated without explicit written permission by operators of Kaffeinated Images®
